I've worked 2 co-op rotations at Paycor. My first rotation, I worked in the Marketing and Workers' Compensation Insurance Agency divisions. My second rotation, I focused on Sales and Finance. Below are some of my key accomplishments while at this great company:
** Finance and Client Sales Co-op
• Owned the corporate travel budget for all Paycor Vice Presidents during the FY13 to ensure budget is maintained
• Led the analysis of Paycor’s consulting expenses to segregate the capitalized and non-capitalized pieces
• Presented my template to the executive team to be used daily by the entire Finance and Accounting department
• Managed a daily pipeline selling Payroll Services and Workers’ Compensation Insurance to clients
• Single point of contact for clients in order to provide 100% closure on issues related to their services or products
• Developed new software to assist with corporate financial planning and analysis
• Evaluated success metrics of Paycor products to determine if contracts with vendors should be renewed and to reduce annual contract costs
